Who operates Chemistry

Chemistry HUD is operated by independent developer Wang Hanmin. For support or privacy requests, email humminwang@gmail.com.

Conversation analysis

When you activate the HUD in an adult X conversation, the extension reads loaded message text, speaker direction and your unsent draft. Up to 40 messages are sent per request, subject to text-length limits. Hidden history, images and voice messages are not analyzed. The purpose is to display real-time language signals, including engagement, initiative, flirting, reply hooks, pressure and sexual/intimacy context. These estimates are not consent or predictions of sex.

Where conversation data goes

The extension sends selected text over HTTPS to Chemistry on Render, which forwards it to TypeSafe/Jev for analysis. Our application does not write chat text to its database or application logs. Text is processed in memory to serve requests; message fingerprints and analysis results may be reused from a short-lived server-memory cache for up to five minutes. Hosting and model providers process requests under their own policies. Their retention practices are separate from our application cache; we do not promise zero retention by these providers.

Google sign-in and extension authentication

Google supplies your verified email address and account identifier. We use these to create and authenticate your Chemistry account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail. Signing in through the Chemistry website connects the extension without copying a token. The extension stores its authentication token in your Chrome profile and temporarily stores the login tab ID to associate the sign-in flow. The server stores hashed Chemistry login tokens. Website sessions and extension tokens expire after 30 days. Reconnecting replaces the previous extension token.

Usage and billing

We store account identifiers, session usage, successful analysis counts, input-token totals, allowance balances and subscription status in PostgreSQL hosted by Supabase. These records enforce usage allowances and operate the service. Creem processes checkout and payment-card details. Chemistry stores customer, checkout, subscription and payment-event identifiers and related entitlement records to verify purchases and prevent duplicate processing. We do not receive full payment-card numbers. The current paid offering is real-time HUD access; daily reports and new credit top-ups are not offered. Historical billing records may include earlier test plans.

Service providers and purposes

We use Google for authentication, Render for hosting, Supabase for account and usage storage, TypeSafe/Jev for conversation analysis, and Creem for billing. Data may be processed outside your country. Providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses under their own policies. We do not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use or transfer it for creditworthiness or lending decisions. We use and share data to provide the disclosed Chemistry features, authenticate accounts, enforce allowances, support users, and manage billing and security.

Your controls and retention

Pause or close the HUD to stop new analysis requests. Chemistry never sends messages to X on your behalf. Signing out of the extension revokes its credential and removes the local token; uninstalling removes extension-local storage but does not delete your server account. Account, usage and billing records remain stored until handled through an account-deletion request or a maintenance process; automatic deletion after a fixed period is not currently implemented. Records needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or applicable obligations may need to be retained.

Privacy requests and support

To request access, correction or deletion of account data, email humminwang@gmail.com from your account email. We may verify account ownership before acting. There is currently no self-service account-deletion button. Please do not send passwords, authentication tokens or private chat transcripts in a support request. Chemistry is intended for adults.
